Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, proudly unveils Oliverra, its latest culinary masterpiece, promising an exceptional gastronomic journey amidst Bali’s breathtaking natural landscapes. Oliverra brings the essence of Mediterranean cuisine to life, harmonizing exquisite flavors with the panoramic vistas of Ungasan’s majestic limestone cliffs and the Indian Ocean, crafting an unforgettable dining experience.

Aligned with LXR’s mission to consistently provide an exceptional experience, Oliverra features three distinctive spaces to enhance the culinary journey: The Restaurant, The Bar, and The Patio. Each space is meticulously designed with attention to detail, featuring captivating aesthetics and bespoke service, aimed at creating a lasting impression for diners.

Oliverra’s menu presents an irresistible array of carefully curated dishes. Embark on a culinary journey starting with homemade pasta, celebrated for its rich flavors and diverse texture options, serving as a fundamental testament to culinary artistry. For the specialty platters, Oliverra sets a new standard with two signature cuts of meat: the selection of premium Kiwami Wagyu MB9+, chosen for its freshness and perfect texture derived from the marbling on the meat, and Stockyard Striploin MB5, renowned for its balanced, unrivaled superior marbling and tenderness, ensuring a mouth-watering experience with every bite. Complete the dining experience with a dessert featuring a delightful combination of Grand Marnier and vanilla bean ice cream nestled in a fluffy soft serve soufflé.

To ensure freshness and quality, Oliverra sources most ingredients locally from surrounding plantations and hydroponic gardens, while premium ingredients like Kiwami Wagyu MB9+ and Hokkaido scallops are air-flown directly from Japan. Employing their culinary expertise, the chefs adeptly fuse traditional Mediterranean flavors to authentically capture the essence of the cuisine.

From the selection of beverages, the bartender is prepared to satisfy the cravings of alcohol connoisseurs with appetizing aperitif options to stimulate the palate. Choose from a variety of cocktail spritz, including the signature creation, the Oliverra Spritz, which draws inspiration from the timeless Aperol Spritz cocktail, expertly combining it with pomelo gin, a local spirit infused with regional flavors such as pomelo and hibiscus. Oenophiles can anticipate indulging in a broad selection of popular wines hailing from Italy, Spain, France, and an assortment of wines from diverse regions around the globe.
