THIS YEAR, Pullman Jakarta Central Park is taking on the classic Wonderland theme as part of their festive and holiday season celebration, with an exciting line up of Christmas and New Year events highlighted by delightful cuisines and out-of-this-world treats. Right from the moment their modern art themed Christmas tree is lit in the month of November 2018 all the way up to New Year’s celebration, Pullman Jakarta Central Park promises a celebration worthy of the spirit of Christmas.
Christmas and New Year celebrations wouldn’t be complete without delightful feasts. Pullman Jakarta Central Park will host a Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December 2018, and a Christmas Day Brunch & Dinner on the 25th December 2018 at Collage All Day Dining. The buffet menu will vary from traditional festive favourites to succulent Western, Asian, Indian cuisines and not to be missed, the very best heavenly sweet selections.
This year’s festive offering at Collage All Day Dining is especially delightful thanks to the recent arrival of Daniel Edwards, a veteran head chef responsible for the success of Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort where he redefined the hotel’s signature restaurant, Cuca, and breathed a new culinary identity into the award-winning restaurant.
Chef Edwards hopes to do the same thing with Collage All Day Dining, as the chef explained, “Collage at Pullman Jakarta Central Park has a very unique position and a healthy, regular crowd. This can be further improved by upping the buffet and a la carte offering to speak greater statement about the quality of our food and the property itself. This new festive offering is just the start – look out for more fantastic programs soon!”
One of the new, festive specials a la carte courses at Collage All Day Dining created by Chef Edwards include the Tuna Toro, which nicely plates juicy, perfectly cooked tuna slices with vegetable cutlets and edible flowers. Another Christmas delicacy to enjoy is the US Angus Beef served with torched onion, baby tomatoes, baked potato, and steamed asparagus. As for desserts, the chef has prepared tasty treats such as the White Chocolate Truffle dessert which comes in the form of a mini Yule log with all the festive and sweet garnishes – truly a finisher worthy of the Christmas spirit.
Further into spreading the holiday joy to friends and loved ones, exclusive ‘suitcase’ hampers and goodies are also available at Collage All Day Dining starting from November to December 2018.
