W Bali – Seminyak is stealing the scene again with its latest special dinner featuring Chef Rolf Fliegauf, one of Switzerland’s most decorated chefs, thats has been awarded two stars by the Michelin Guide for both his Ecco Ascona and St. Moritz restaurants. The Dinner will be happening on Thursday, November 1 st and friday November 2nd 2018 at Fire Restaurant in W Bali – Seminyak.

Rolf’s future career became clear at an early age. As a child, he enjoyed nothing more than spending his time in the kitchen of his parent’s restaurant. Rolf resembles a musician at the piano in yhe way he plays with textures and tempertures. He loves to experiment. Yet despite being an exponent of haute cuisine. He alway reamins in touch with the principles of popular cuisine – an approach he describes as “ purist aroma cuisine”.

With series of his international participations, such as Michelin Dining Series / Robert Parker in Hong Kong, Michelin Dining Series / Robert Parker in Macao, Guest Chef Shangri La Hotel Shanghai / China. Guest Chef Ritz Carlton Osaka / Japan. Savor Food Festival Shanghai / China, the addition of Rolf Fliegauf will certaintly be a very positive addition to “ Hit Repeat” the series of international chef dinners at W Bali – Seminyak.

The Innovatie menu will range from Flores oyster – Green apple – Ponzu and crunchy chicken skin – Foie Gras – Chives as the starter sacks, continued with Slow cooked salmon – Fennel – Chorizo Kiwami Wagyu – Wild brocolli – Hazelnut. San Marzano prawns – Cauliflower – Jalapeno and ended up with a sweet little thing of PRalines selections.

The intimate Dinner with Chef Rolf Fliegauf will be priced at IDR 950.000++/  person inclusive of welcome drink.
