at C’s Steak and Seafood restaurant.
C’s Steak and Seafood restaurant will be the stage for one of the Great British Chefs, Matt Worswick, from the exceptional Michelin-star restaurant “Matt Worswick at The Latymer”. He will present an exquisite menu, full of strong flavours with his signature style from 24-27 October 2018. Originally from Old Swan, Liverpool, he grew up eating home-style food, but this was not an obvious inspiration for a cooking career. He first took a genuine interest in the creative side of food during his summer holiday on the Isle of Man, where he tended to the garden with his grandmother as a young teenager. He began his chef career at The Crofters Hotel, Lancashire before moving to the Michelin-starred St Martins-on-the-Isle on The Isles of Scilly, where he worked with Kenny Atkinson and achieved a Michelin Rising Star award in 2007.
His cooking career has taken him to prestigious kitchens across the country. At only 28 years of age, he has already enjoyed a stellar career including winning a Michelin star at Glenapp Castle in Ayrshire at just 26 years of age, working with Michelin-starred Simon Hulstone at The Elephant in Torquay as well as David
Everitt-Matthias at the two-Michelin-starred Le Champignon Sauvage in Gloucestershire.
“Matt Worswick at the Latymer”, at the Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa in Surrey, earned its first Michelin star
(Michelin Guide 2018) in less than a year and was awarded four Rosettes at the AA Hospitality Awards 2017 for its bold and powerful dishes. For the 2019 awards, Matt retained his star.
Chef Matt will be serving lunch and dinner packages from 24-27 october 2018.
