The All-New Sunday Brunch at FIRE
W BALI SEMINYAK has taken the Sunday Brunch at FIRE to a whole new experience, the brunch features more diverse treasure from Western specialties, live counters, seafood bar to premium selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, accompanied by live acoustic music.
FIRE promises to heighten every sense with a vibrant mix of flavors and aromas as the bustling combination of stalls and food carts featuring tastes from the West to the East. To begin the journey, guests will be offered Secret of Amazon or Shirley Temple as a welcome drinks before they start to to experience the buffet selection of bistro classics including roasts, tartares, salads and a raw bar.
As for main attraction, there is nothing like the smell of a charcoal grill being fired up in an outdoor scene at FIRE’s al fresco area – BBQ and Smokehouse station featuring Argentinian grills: lamb merguez, pork ribs, chicken wings, sausages and more. Next to the station there is Mexican tacorilla: a variety of tacos and nachos are served using their fresh, handmade tortilla. Other stations: curry corner, selection of soup corner to the Raclette cheese where the guests can choose their ingredients and have the cheese melted on the top.
To end the culinary journey, guests can satisfy their sweet tooth at the “Dessert Cave” – set at the 1 Below room, the dessert cave is filled with options of chocolate ice cream, vanilla frozen yogurt, chocolate cake, crème brulee, lemon meringue tart, fruit choux, cheese cake to assorted Balinese cakes.
In addition, FIRE also hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner on a daily basis. The must-see breakfast buffet offers everything from eggs, fresh sashimi, through to congee and freshly baked goods. While the casual grill restaurant has a menu of fire-cooked prime meats (with a meat sommelier) and fresh seafood for lunch and dinner. Diners become part of the action, with the large open plan kitchen spanning the length of the space that is inspired by the spirit of the fire-themed Kecak dance.
