COMO Beach Club offers a world-class dining experience with menus relying on locally sourced ingredients from across the island, with a focus on ‘New World cuisine’. As an added value, a charcoal grill, used for meat, seafood and vegetables, imparts rich, smoky flavours to select dishes.

According to F&B Manager, Carlos Torrescano, the cuisines at COMO Beach Club are “ingredient focused, global, and satisfying, reflecting chef Dwayne Cheer’s travels throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, but although techniques ingrained from his French training. Our cuisines aim to physically energize, appeal to the senses, and nourish the soul while creating smiles and encourage memories.”

The signature menus reflect this philosophy by using fresh, regional ingredients with a simple, modern approach and a focus on purity, authenticity, and the reinterpretation of iconic recipes. Such cuisines include the Dry-Aged Grain-Fed Ribeye served on the bone with Café de Paris butter, Roasted Duck with sambal, cucumber, lemon basil and green mango salsa, as well as the Big Raw Salad plate served with Dijon mustard and apple cider vinaigrette.

To live up the funky beach club vibe, head over to the bar and try some of the club’s best cocktails brews curated by Head Mixologist Dedy, such as the Mentawis, which mixes Tanqueray gin with cucumber puree, lemon basil, lime, lemongrass syrup and egg white, or Echo, a spicy watermelon margarita made from tequila reposado, fresh watermelon, mint, green chilli, homemade watermelon puree, agave, and a sweet spicy togarachi rim.

The ambience of COMO Beach Club is super chill, with direct access to loungers by the sandy beach line and an open kitchen equipped with an authentic wood-fired grill.
