Lyon Unveils The All-New French Brasserie Menu
One of Jakarta’s finest French restaurant, Lyon, is delighted to introduce an all-new exciting and fresh brasserie menu. Helmed by Executive Chef Raymond Rjaily, Lyon serves authentic French dishes in a relaxed, yet sophisticated environment.
The new menu presents a wide range of delectable French delicacies prepared with the freshest ingredients. “My personal recommendation from the new menu is the Beef Bourguignon, which is a worldwide loved classic,” said Chef Raymond. Hailed as one of the restaurant’s signature, the tender braised short rib is served with lardons and mashed potato. Another highlight to look forward to is the exquisite Bouillabaisse, a traditional Provençal fish stew with king fish, prawn, scallop, and blue mussel. Guests can also relish in the hearty and authentic Croque Monsieur, served with ham, Gruyère cheese, and mesclun salad.
For a sweet ending, guests can choose from the heavenly dessert menu that include the Normandie Chocolate Tart, a perfect blend of 70% single origin with sea salt caramel ice cream, perfect for chocolate lovers. Combining French technique with local produce, the Pino Baba is another recommended dessert served with Pino de Bali and lime flavoured crème chantilly.
Located on the hotel’s second floor, Lyon also offers Business Lunch and Saturday Brunch options for the discerning guests. The restaurant has two elegant and unique private dining rooms, The Glass Room and The Beaujolais, which are the ideal venues to host intimate gathering or private celebrations.
