Attarine Jakarta Collaborates With Mejekawi- Ku De Ta To Bring Renowned Chef Benjamin Cross

Bringing innovative techniques, styles, and cuisines from his travels around the world,
Mejekawi- Ku De Ta’s Chef Benjamin Cross collaborates with Attarine’s Culinary team
for a two-night special event, to create a special set menu featuring Indonesian-dishes
using contemporary culinary techniques. Fulfilling Attarine’s concept as a chef driven
neighbourhood restaurant, Attarine Jakarta continues to collaborate with distinctive
chefs, and yet still preserve its concept of showcasing the complexity of simple, soulful
cuisine; and producing innovative dining events and daily changing menus.

The chefs at Attarine, Jacob Burrell and Aditya Muskita, collaborates with Chef,
Benjamin Cross, who has travelled around the world to feed his love for various and
diverse types of cuisine. Cross has previously worked at award-winning restaurants,
such as Rae’s On Wategos (Byron Bay, Australia), Rockpool (Sydney, Australia), and
three Michelin-star El Raco Can Fabes (Barcelona). On May 2008 Cross joined
Mejekawi- Ku De Ta (Bali) and now takes command in Ku De Ta’s kitchen.

Chef Benjamin Cross and the culinary team at Attarine draws on their creativity, talents
and experience to create eight special dishes, displaying a variety of contemporary
cooking techniques using traditional Indonesian ingredients.

The special menu below will be available for two nights from 18:00 on January 11th
and 12th, 2017.
