Commemorating Indonesia’s 72 Independence Day With ‘Celebrate Indonesia’

Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta invites guests to commemorate Indonesia’s 72nd Independence Day with an array of exciting culinary offers.


Cinnamon is delighted to host a creative collaboration between the up-and-coming Chef Fernando Sindu and our Chef de Cuisine Ciptoroso, presenting a new approach to Indonesia’s well-loved delicacies in an all-you can eat dining experience.

Chef Fernando Sindu is the mastermind behind Benedict, a gourmet cafe and restaurant specializing in all-day breakfast and brunch; and SevenFriday Space, the first lifestyle store- lounge-cafe-bar concept store by SevenFriday.


From 16 to 22 August, a wide variety of Indonesian specialties such as Balinese Chicken Skewers with Sambal Kecombrang and Serundeng, Nasi Goreng Ijo with Grilled Aromatic Short Ribs and Pickles, and Grilled Prawn Asam Manis with Pineapple Acar will be available as part of Cinnamon’s lunch and dinner buffet.


‘Celebrate Indonesia’ buffet is priced at Rp 310,000 nett per person on Monday to Saturday and Rp 378,000 nett per person for Sunday Brunch.
