Rosso, hotel’s Italian restaurant will also participate in this culinary excitement by presenting a special fusion Italian and Singaporean menu for the week. Italian Chef Gianfranco Pirrone has crafted fusion menu such as Tagliolini Laksa Singapore; Chilli Crab and Salted Egg Bruschetta; Spaghetti Mee Mamak; and Wrapped Smoked Duck with Basil Pesto Sauce. To complete this fusion experience, a refreshing Singapore Sling is available on the menu list. While Jia, the Chinese restaurant is preparing a special Bak Kut Teh menu for the week.
