Delicaè a Kitchen With a Soul

As part of its metamorphosis, Senayan City Shopping Mall has presented an upscale food court dining concept: Delicaè.

Located on the mall’s fifth floor, Delicaè stands in the area previously known as Food Studio.

Not only does it offers 21 of Jakarta’s favorite food and beverage brands under one roof, it also provides a five-star dining interior and ambiance, complete with a show kitchen.

Delicaè covers a 2,000-square-meter area with a 900-person seating capacity. Wi-Fi and LED TV are also available in the dining area.  The show kitchen is a 67.5-square-meter area furnished with up-to-date cooking appliances.

The launcht of the new dining spot was marked with a Live Cooking Demo featuring  chefs Cameron Gardiner, Rinrin Marinka and Alexander Hansen, which was sponsored by Australia’s Victorian Government, Podomoro University and Metric Kitchen.

Veri Y. Setiady, CEO of Senayan City, said that Delicaè was intended to provide mall guests with a place to not only dine, but also to hold business meetings, hang out or get together with friends and family.

“We have selected 21 tenants to make sure that we accommodate the needs of Senayan City guests. We have selections of vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free dishes,” said Veri.

The tenants of Delicaè are Al Zein, Bakmi GM, Bakso A Fung, Bebek Bengil Express, Chapayom, D’Crepes, Golden Lamian, Gyoza Bar Express, Just One Bite, KFC, Kobeshi Kitchen, Koi Teppanyaki, Mr. Park, Pepper Lunch Express, Pho24, Sari Ratu, Shukufuku, Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice, The Real Holysteak!, Wendy’s, and Yoshinoya.
